What happens if I exceed 500 generations?
The AI generation counter is capped at 500 per month. Beyond that, you can keep finalizing, editing and sending your itineraries — only AI creation is paused until the monthly reset. If your activity regularly exceeds this volume, let's talk about it.
Why a 12-month commitment?
Compass is infrastructure: we migrate your database, configure your white-label and train your advisors. The annual commitment lets us offer a fixed price and invest in your setup. Monthly billing is still available.
Is white-label really included?
Yes. Logo, palette, typography and domain name are configurable from the Standard plan. Your clients never see the Compass or Travelyzer name.
Can I try before committing?
Yes. The 30-minute demo shows you the platform with your real cases. On request, we can also extend with a time-limited paid pilot to validate the fit before the annual commitment.
